2.1 Account Creation

• Users (athletes and recruiters) must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• Athlete Information Collected:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Profile Picture
  • Birthdate
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Current Club/School Representing
  • Mobile Number
  • Hometown
  • Images and Videos of Gameplay Highlights
  • External Links to Gameplay Videos

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Users agree to maintain accurate and updated account information.

2.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Purpose of Data Collection

Data is collected and used to:

• Enable peer evaluation (PvP) and recruiter interest (Talent Discovery) features.
• Compute dynamic rankings for athletes.
• Facilitate meaningful connections between athletes and recruiters.
• Track athlete PvP participation and recruiter activity (e.g., Talent Discovery usage) to provide bonus points and encourage consistent app usage.

3.2 Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and Mixpanel for analytics. By using the App, users agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their data by these services.

3.3 Data Sharing

Data may be transferred in the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to confidentiality obligations.

3.4 Data Retention

Data is retained as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

3.5 Data Deletion

Users can request to delete their data and account through the App. Once processed, the information will be removed from active systems.

4.1 Beta Release

During the beta release phase, the App is offered free of charge and may be subject to changes, bugs, and updates.

4.2 Commercial Launch

The App may transition to a paid service post-beta release. Users will be informed of any pricing structures or changes before implementation.

4.3 User Conduct

Users must comply with community standards and avoid posting inappropriate or offensive content.

5.1 Appropriate Content

Users must only upload or share appropriate content (e.g., images, videos, and external links) that complies with community standards. Prohibited content includes offensive, explicit, or harmful material.

5.2 Respectful Interaction

Users must engage respectfully with others on the platform.

5.3 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates these standards.

5.4 Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account deletion.

6.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Users must not upload, share, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any form.
• Any attempt to use the platform for grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior towards minors will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6.2 Reporting Child Exploitation

• If you encounter any content or behavior that involves child exploitation, report it immediately by contacting karlo@kayafounders.com.
• We actively cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations to investigate and take action against such cases.
• In compliance with child safety laws, we have a process in place to report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant Philippine authorities.

6.3 Account Termination for Violations

Any user found violating these child safety policies will be permanently banned, and their information may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
